Nora is a seasoned litigator who has represented and advised a diverse range of clients including private equity funds, some of the nation’s largest law firms, global conglomerates, and international sports organizations. She has also conducted cross-border and multijurisdictional internal investigations and defended clients in regulatory and enforcement actions initiated by U.S. and foreign authorities and government agencies. For our private and law firm clients, Nora draws on her extensive complex commercial litigation and trial experience, in several state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. In her trust and estate litigation practice, Nora has represented both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate and administration proceedings. In her attorney-liability practice, Nora has represented lawyers and law firms in litigation arising from varied underlying commercial matters.

Prior to joining Elman Freiberg, Nora worked at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and Morgan Stanley. Outside of the office, Nora enjoys outdoor activities, interior decorating, and searching for her favorite tasting menus around the world.
