Nora is a seasoned litigator who has represented and advised clients ranging from U.S. private equity funds and investment banks to foreign sovereign wealth funds, global conglomerates, international sports organizations, and media companies.  She has also conducted a variety of cross-border and multijurisdictional internal investigations and defended clients in regulatory and enforcement actions initiated by U.S. and foreign authorities and government agencies.  For our clients, Nora draws on her extensive complex commercial litigation and trial experience, in several state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Prior to joining Elman Freiberg, Nora worked at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and Morgan Stanley.  Outside of the office, Nora enjoys outdoor activities, interior decorating, and searching for her favorite tasting menus around the world.
